Reading this I now understand why you were happy to add our brand new song “Solid Gold” to the playlist. I was really pleasantly surprised and wondered how a song written in 2011 could get on to British Invasion Radio.
We have had trouble getting on some stations because the song sound so retro but it doesn’t qualify as an “oldie” so thank you BIR for giving us an airing.

This is one of the best 60s radio station that i have heard, brings back so many memorys of my youth, and i will certainley carry on listening to British Invasion Radio.

This is really a smashing station, far out!!
Can’t sit still in my chair while working.
Brings all the excellent music that I listened to from the age of 10 in 1964!!!
Keep on playing it, I know many people of our generation are very pleased…
